Service Description
Childminders can book their space online and then pay in full when they arrive, we can then issue a receipt for your records. There is no charge for childminders - When booking it will show as £2, however, if you can provide evidence of being a childminder on entry there will be no charge. The normal entry fee is £5.50 per child. We would need to see your childminding certificate as proof. If this can not be provided then you would be required to pay full admission prices. *Please contact us if you are meeting friends and we will do our best to sit you together, however, this cannot be guaranteed unless the booking has been made as one large booking. *Booking for over 6 people please call us 01543 387133.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or rebook the session, you MUST contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your booked session. No refunds will be given. However, it is up to the managers discretion if we are able to offer another date but this will only be considered if reasonable notice is given.
