Each family will be invited back **privately** for their very own visit with Santa and his Chief Elf, with time to chat, take your own photographs and enjoy that special Christmas moment together. And Santa already knows a little bit about who's coming. ✨ Before the event, grown-ups will be asked to secretly tell us a little about their child — their age, what they enjoy, something they're proud of, what they're hoping for at Christmas and anything Santa might be able to give them a little festive encouragement with. That means when it's your family's turn to visit, Santa doesn't need to start by asking who they are... **He already knows.** No conveyor belt. No rushed hello. Optional Personalised Reindeer Upgrade – £3.00 Make their reindeer an extra-special Christmas keepsake by adding their **name + 2026 to the antlers**.
