Terms & Conditions Apply
- The party package includes 2 adults for the birthday child and 1 adult per invited child. Extra adults and siblings will be required to pay for entry to the centre and this is to be booked in advance.
- All children are to be included in your numbers including the birthday child and their siblings.
- Party room access is for when children are dining and for party games. This room will be accessed by all (general public and party guests) as a disco room for the first half of the session.
- The seating area for adults attending the classic parties will be situated at the side of the soft play.
- A non-refundable £20 deposit is required, which is deducted from your final balance if the party was to go ahead.
- You are able to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to set up and to leave 15 minutes after the party to gather your belongings.
- Hirer is welcome to invite entertainers but they must provide a copy of their public liability insurance.
- Terms and conditions are to be signed prior to the party taking place.
- The final balance is due two weeks before the party based on final numbers. Once paid this is then non-refundable.
