Q. Do you have parking?
A. Yes we do have limited parking in the car park area. There is however plenty of on road parking. We just ask that you do not park on the pathways or any grass.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?
A. Yes , a copy of the certificate is in the reception area.

Q. Can i leave my child to play whilst I run some errands?
A. No, I am afraid we are not insured to look after your children. A responsible adult must stay with your child at all times.

Q. Are staff DBS checked?
A. There is no legal requirement for staff to be DBS checked due to not being left alone to supervise children. However, all permanent staff will have a DBS check.

Q. Do you cater for food allergies?
A. Yes , items on the menu may contain nuts, please ask if you require any further information to allergens. We are happy to assist wherever possible. We would love to be able to cater for all. If you can please inform us ahead of your visit and we will ensure we have a variety of options available that will cater to your needs.

Q. Can I bring my own food?
A. No. We are required to monitor all food consumed within the play café to ensure the safety of all who visit. We do have a wide ranch of food available which we hope will cater for all. However, if you have a specific dietary requirement please get in touch prior to your visit and we will look into potential options we can offer ready for your visit.

Q. Can I bring alcohol?
A. No, I'm afraid not. Sadly our tenancy agreement does not allow alcohol on the premises.

Q. How do I find you?
A. We are situated a five minute walk from McArthur Glen and just a minute walk from New Life, Heath Hayes. Please visit our 'contact us' page where you will see a map of our location as well as our full address.

Q. What accessibility do you have?
A. Kids Rule has ramp access into the centre. However, the centre is two storeys but sadly no lift. We do have many activities that can be accessed at ground level. You are welcome to contact us and arrange a visit ahead of play time to see if the centre is suitable. Please do contact us with any questions.

Q. Do you have facilities available for my babies bottle or baby food?
A. Yes , we would be more than happy to heat up babies milk or food for you.

Q. Can I breastfeed in your centre?
A. Yes , we actively promote breastfeeding and we hope everyone feels comfortable in doing so.
