Congratulations on winning a Kids Rule Classic Party! Please read the following prize details and conditions carefully.

✨ What’s Included

• Party for up to 10 children

• Duration: 2.5 hours (play & party time)

• Cold Box Meal only: sandwich (ham, cheese, or jam), mini sausages, salad sticks & ice cream

• Unlimited squash for children

• Reserved party area with decorations

 

➕ Optional Extras

• Additional children can be added at £12.50 per child (maximum 16 children in total)

• Extras such as party bags or character visits are available at standard rates

 

📅 Booking & Validity

• Prize valid for 12 months from date of issue

• Party dates are subject to availability

• Voucher must be presented at the time of booking

👨‍👩‍👧 Adult Guests

• Each child has 1 adult place included.

• The birthday child may have 2 adults included.

• Additional adults are welcome at £2.50 per person.

• For parties with over 20 adults, additional adults will be charged at £6.50 per person.

📝 Requirements

• Final numbers, guest names, food choices, and dietary requirements must be confirmed 2 weeks before the party

• At this time, any final balance for extras must also be paid

 

❗ Important Notes

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Classic prize parties will run during our standard sessions (the centre will also be open to the public)​

• All standard Kids Rule Play Café health & safety rules apply, including:

  • Parents/carers must supervise children at all times

  • No food or drink in the play areas

  • Safe play guidelines must be followed
