How it works

• Points are collected automatically when you scan your QR code at the till.

• Points can be redeemed for rewards shown in the app once the required amount is reached.

• For every £1 spent against food & drink, one point is earnt.

Using rewards

• Only one loyalty reward can be used per visit.

• Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with:

  • Other loyalty rewards

  • Discounts

  • Vouchers

  • Special offers or promotions

• Rewards must be redeemed in-app and shown at the till at the time of purchase.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.

General

• Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

• Lost or unclaimed points unfortunately can’t be re-issued.

• Kids Rule Play Café reserves the right to amend or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time.
