Booking & Payments

A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Final numbers, guest names, food choices, dietary requirements, and full payment are due 2 weeks before the party date.

Once the final balance has been paid, no refunds can be given. Parties may be rescheduled in unforeseen circumstances, but refunds are only offered if the centre is declared closed.

Bookings are confirmed by email once the deposit has cleared.

Prices are subject to change at any time, except for confirmed bookings.

If Kids Rule Play Café must cancel (for reasons within our control), a full refund will be issued.
Party Details
-
The Classic Party package includes entry and food for minimum 12 children up to 16 children for 2.5 hours.
-
Up to 2 adults per birthday child and 1 adult per guest are included. A maximum of 20 adults are permitted per party. Additional adults or siblings must be booked in advance and will be charged at the standard entry fee (£6.50 per head).

Classic parties take place during public sessions; the venue will remain open to the public.
-
The seating area for adults is located beside the soft play.
-
Party parent/carers may arrive up to 15 minutes before the party and must leave within 15 minutes after the session ends.
Food, Cake & Decorations

Birthday cakes must be supplied by the hirer. Cakes cannot be eaten on the premises but can be cut and handed out as guests leave. Knives must not be taken into the main play area.

We can provide a birthday cake at an additional cost—please enquire in advance.

You are welcome to bring your own balloons and decorations, but confetti, party poppers, firework candles, and tape on walls are not allowed. Only Blu-tack may be used.

If non-allergenic food is requested, please note that while we take care, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen or preparation areas are completely free from allergenic contamination.
Health & Safety

The soft play is designed for children aged up to 9 years.
-
Parents and carers (aged 18+) are responsible for supervising children at all times—at least 1 adult per 5 children is required.
-
No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed in the play area.
-
Shoes, glasses, jewellery, and badges must be removed before using the soft play. Adults entering the area must also remove shoes. Socks should be worn at all times.

Please do not bring sharp knives into play areas.
-
No party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, or confetti may be used anywhere in the café.

Kids Rule Play Café staff do not supervise children and accept no liability for accidents or injuries caused by misuse or lack of supervision.

Any damage to equipment must be reported immediately and may result in an additional fee.
-
The venue must be left in a clean condition; professional cleaning fees may apply if required.
-
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
-
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
-
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.
-
Entertainers are welcome but must provide a copy of their public liability insurance in advance.
Insurance & Liability

Kids Rule Play Café is covered by Public Liability Insurance (available to view on request).
-
All persons using the soft play equipment do so at their own risk.
-
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all safety rules are followed and will be liable for any injury or damage arising from misuse or negligence.

Kids Rule Play Café cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage during the hire period. By booking a Classic Party, you agree to follow all the above terms and conditions.
