T&Cs of a Little Birthday Celebration

Booking & Payments

A £20 non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are confirmed by email once payment has been received.
Final numbers (children and adults), along with ages of children, must be provided at least 2 weeks before your booking date. A short booking form must also be completed at this time.
Full payment for all attendees is required at least 2 weeks prior to your booking. If payment is not received by this time, Kids Rule Play Café reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Once the final balance has been paid, no refunds can be given.
Prices are subject to change at any time, except for confirmed bookings.
If Kids Rule Play Café must cancel (for reasons within our control), a full refund will be issued.

The Little Birthday Celebration takes place during a standard 2.5 hour play session.
This package is designed for smaller celebrations and is suitable for up to 10 children maximum.
A reserved table will be provided for your group. Seating will be allocated based on the number and ages of children attending.
The birthday celebration (singing and cake moment) will take place at a suitable time towards the end of your visit.
Kids Rule Play Café remains open to the public during your session.

Food is not included within this package but can be purchased from the café on the day.
No outside food is permitted to be consumed on the premises (with the exception of birthday cake for celebration purposes only).
Birthday cakes cannot be eaten on the premises but can be cut and handed out as guests leave.
Alternatively, a display celebration cake is available for use during the birthday moment (for singing and photos only).
You are welcome to bring a small spray of balloons or table decorations. Confetti, party poppers, firework/sparkler candles, and tape on walls are not permitted. Only Blu-tack may be used.

The soft play is designed for children aged up to 9 years.
Parents and carers (aged 18+) are responsible for supervising children at all times.
No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed in the play area.
Shoes must be removed before entering play areas. Socks must be worn at all times.
No firework/sparkler candles are permitted due to safety regulations.
Kids Rule Play Café staff do not supervise children and accept no liability for accidents or injuries caused by misuse or lack of supervision.
Any damage to equipment must be reported immediately and may result in an additional fee.
Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.

Kids Rule Play Café is covered by Public Liability Insurance (available to view on request).
All persons using the soft play equipment do so at their own risk.
The booker is responsible for ensuring all safety rules are followed and will be liable for any injury or damage arising from misuse or negligence.

Kids Rule Play Café cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss, or damage during your visit. By booking a Little Birthday Celebration, you agree to follow all the above terms and conditions.
